It depends on the scope, so we do not publish a price list. After a free conversation, we send a proposal with a defined scope, timeline and price. You only decide after seeing all of it.
How do I follow the project?
Through short meetings at the frequency agreed in the proposal, and access to what was delivered at each stage. You see the progress, not just the final result.
What happens after delivery?
You get 3 months of support included to fix defects at no cost. To keep evolving, there is AVS Ongoing.
Is my data, and my customers' data, safe?
Yes. We follow Brazil's LGPD throughout: we collect only what is needed, access your customers' data with written authorisation and at the minimum, build with fictitious data and hand everything over in your name. Details on the Privacy and LGPD page.
Is the website or the system mine?
Yes. After payment, the source code and the data are yours. We hand over the repository, the documentation and the accounts in your name.
I have an AI or chatbot from another vendor that does not work properly. Can you fix it?
Yes. We start with a written diagnosis: where it fails, why, and what is missing (rules, data, oversight). Then we decide together whether to fix or rebuild. Often the problem is the rules nobody wrote, not the tool.
Is the consulting useful if I will not hire AVS to build?
Yes. The opinion is independent: it says what to do, whoever does it. If the recommendation is to keep your current vendor, that is what will be written.
How is consulting charged?
By fixed scope with a written price, or by monthly hours under AVS Ongoing when technical direction is recurring. The first 30-minute call is free.
Do you access my system?
Only with written authorisation and read-only access, the minimum needed to answer the agreed question. Nothing is copied out.
