In short

• We follow Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) on this website, in customer service and in every project.
• We collect only what we need to reply to you and prepare your proposal.
• We never sell or rent your data, nor use it for anything not listed here.
• In the projects we build for you, your customers' data belongs to your company: we access the minimum, only with your authorisation, and hand everything over in your name.
• You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

Who is responsible

AVS Sistemas, CNPJ 68.486.683/0001-72, Campinas, SP, is the controller of the data collected here. Our data protection officer is Anderson Venturini, reachable on WhatsApp (19) 98967-4243.

What we collect and why

• Quote form: name, e-mail, company (optional), topic and message, to reply and prepare a proposal at your request.
• WhatsApp: number, profile name and messages, for customer service.
• Instagram and Facebook messages: profile name, account ID and the messages you send AVS, only to reply and follow up.
• Booking: name, e-mail and the time you choose.
• Usage analytics: pages and clicks, only if you accept; change your choice anytime in the footer. Form fields are never sent to these tools.
• Security: IP address and time of submissions, to block spam and abuse.

AI in customer service

An AI assistant helps organise service: it says it is an AI, asks questions, summarises the conversation and helps draft proposals. A person reviews everything sent to you beyond the first conversation, and you can ask for a person at any time.

Sharing, retention and security

We share data only with providers acting on our behalf (hosting, e-mail, WhatsApp, the AI model provider, which does not train on it, the booking tool and, with consent, analytics), under contract. Some process data outside Brazil under LGPD article 33. Leads are kept up to 2 years after the last contact; customers for the contract and legal retention period. Access is by individual login over HTTPS, actions are logged, and secrets are kept out of the code.

Your customers' data in our projects

We act as processor: written data terms in every contract, minimum and authorised access, fictitious data for development, nothing copied out, AI agents with written rules and human approval for sensitive cases, everything delivered in your name, and any copies deleted at the end.

Your rights

Under LGPD article 18 you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability and information on sharing, and withdraw consent. Ask on WhatsApp (19) 98967-4243; we reply within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

How to request deletion of your data

1. Send “delete my data” on WhatsApp (19) 98967-4243, or by direct message to AVS on Instagram or Facebook.
2. We confirm the request is yours on the same channel.
3. Within 15 days we delete your record and conversations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and the site form) and let you know. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices.
